PractiCount -- have used this for years, doesn't matter which version of Word you have. There's a trial period. Worth every penny if you have to count your own work by line, page, word, etc. (I am not with that company, am just a real MT who still uses this program.)

Here's a link to MTStars FlashCount, it's been around for a long time and still works regardless of your Word version. It is free.
