In the "old days" it was appreciated if you expand (since the DICTATOR would actually prefer that for the medical records since they used acronyms to save time or just as familiar slang). Now, in this crazy MT world where middlemen and offshore companies made "rules" because they have no clue, you are better off being a robot and just sticking to dictated verbatim. Sigh.
