I left MM four years ago after 20 years and I will NEVER forget the incredible sense of freedom I had on the first night of not having to work until 2 a.m. including weekends in literally decades. My future was uncertain to say the least but I will never forget stepping outside and taking a deep breath of clean air and reveling in the end of endless stress and repressed anger. Things turned out better than I ever imagined -- hope they do for you too! I still can't get used to being paid decently and not exploited at every opportunity.
