Fluency used to freeze up - at random times

when I worked there. Tech Support "Phil" used to tell me that it could be the antivirus software updating in the background while I was busy trying to upload and download jobs. And, yes, he would ask me about my internet speed, too. I'd tell Phil that I wasn't convinced it was my internet speed because the speed test was always good.

I never really found out what caused Fluency to act so erratic at times. I'd be told to just log out of Fluency, shut everything down, and then log back in - basically to reboot the system. Used to make me so mad because I'd always lose some fairly long reports by having to do that. It was very frustrating...
