Best practices is a set of guidelines - ExOneVoice MT

I have not worked at Medscribe but I have worked for Aquity via OneVoice (now defunct). When you work on Fluency for the Aquity uber-company, they give you a set of guidelines that include all the nitty gritty rules about punctuation and style (how to set up a letter, how many spaces after a period, etc.). It is about 10 printed pages long, as I recall, and not very different from any other company's guidelines I have ever read. Basic stuff, not something to worry about.
