It’s a call center position. I work for a Central Scheduling department, mostly incoming calls for PCPs and specialties. They advertise here because it’s easy for MTs and coders to adopt with our knowledge of terminology. Mondays and Tuesdays are busy then call volumes drop closer to the end of the week. Stringent but nice management. Good benefits. I really like it. I’ve been working here for about 4 years. Don’t regret switching from MT.
