Our facility is large and we had about 20 people in our department. They placed almost everyone in other positions. I did QA for a while until that ended and then switched to medical records. If you have access to your employee job board, apply for everything that you qualify for and meet with your HR department and explain the situation. You want to be prepared just in case.
