I've worked for Penn Health for several years now and it's not bad, they are transitioning out of VDI soon. I know they have a bad rap. If anyone has specific questions please let me know. They no longer dock pay for QA. There is usually work available and if you want you can go on other accounts. I stick to one account bc it's part time for me and my brain can't handle all that, but it is an option. I've never had any problems with the managers.
