Plus, the account I was on left right along with EditScript and I didn't like Fluency and chose to follow my account to another company. I was ok with TTS and would still probably be there if not for the above reasons. Fluency QA was worse than Nuance and we had to work on too many accounts to make it feasible for me. Yes, they micromanage, which wasn't necessarily a bad thing. Now that I'm an IC, I prefer this over employee status. I always worked part-time, so I never had benefits, and can't say I miss something I never had. Good luck in your search!
