Do the clients just find other companies (or other ways) to do business for cheaper or is it still offshoring taking away our jobs? Probably all of the above...
I just heard today that people in record numbers have signed up for Obamacare for 2022. The newly retired are also signing up for Medicare in huge numbers. Maybe work will trickle in a bit more to the MTSOs pretty soon.
