Once you work for Aquity, Nuance, etc. etc. (all of the above) and/or all of their spinoff MTSO's -- basically all the same. If I am going to continue to work as an MT then I must accept this reality. As long as I am getting paid (on time) and I can work without being micromanaged, then I will be a happy camper, until the next "surprise" occurs -- Always prepared for things to change at any moment. Wisdom....
