We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Clinical First Solutions. First, let us start by telling you how this happened. As you are aware, OVD's owner decided to close the door without notice or warning. For a long time, Julie, Jennifer, and Roy Gilbert saw the potential of the business and tried our best to keep it going; however, OVD's funds were being grossly mismanaged. After careful consideration, we decided to be proactive and form our own company, Clinical First Solutions (CFS).
CFS has secured all of OVD's Fluency accounts!! Jennifer and I feel 100% confident in CFS and its leadership. We are continuing in our current roles and we would like you to join us. CFS will be managed open and honestly. We will maintain most of the same policies with only minor changes, which will be forthcoming.
