If I remember right, each subcontractor of Nuance is supposed to pull a certain percentage to audit and Nuance does the same for their own audits. The audits done by the companies don't go to Fiesa. Fiesa shows the results of Nuance audits. Of course, what Nuance QA says, goes, even if what their QA people put in for a blank is wrong. An MT has zero recourse, even if you prove you were right to begin with. However, if you are on the Nuance radar, your reports will get pulled more often for "random quality checks."
