I have used Btyescribe for many years. American tech support and I have a lifetime license. It is pricey, for a lifetime license; (I think I paid $150 over 10 years ago); however, I have unlimited support and their tech support is American. I believe they offer a 2-week trial, There is also a player For The Record. Good luck.
