debt for $19 billion. Nuance’s technology will be used in Microsoft’s health-care cloud products. Deliver Health is the transcription/VRE side and heard from various MTSOs that MTs will be looking at VDI in the rear-view mirror very soon. Hopefully, Microsoft knows what they are getting into with that acquisition. But for us MTs, the future looks a lot brighter now. Thanks Microsoft and good luck!
