I love it. I don't edit, so just doing straight transcription. When I first go into the program, I click on my job, verify my patient information, but in the date of service then off into the file to type. I use sh10 for my shortcut keys, but they have an expander in the program if you chose to use it. The tool bar will show you shortcut keys for things you can do in the program. It's really easy to use. When I'm finished with my job, I hit CTL U, it does a spell check and then I'm done. Once you learn different keys, you will have no issues and you'll probably really like it.
