more than a decade, and I love it. I get a phenomenal line count. The VR/Emdat on my account is the best I have ever used of any platform I have ever used. I can breeze through 80-100 reports every day with limited corrections (usually formatting). I was able to use my shortcuts with Emdat without any problem...did not have to do anything; it automatically used my shortcut system as soon as I logged in.
Do not understand those that cannot comprehend this program or make it work for them. Easiest, most user friendly program out there.
