The same USB pedals that work with PC will work with a Mac. I have both an iMac and a MacBook Pro and am able to use my Infinity USB pedal with no problems. As far as software, there isn't a lot that is compatible with Mac, other than ExpressScribe, but you can use Boot Camp to run Windows 10 on a Mac.
