No. It's only the top 1 or 2 people from her class who are hired by her. The rest are put out to fend for themselves and find their own jobs. Think about the image that shows potential employers, that you cant even be hired by the school you graduated from.
Yes, it's true about her stealing ads and posts off other pages to post on her own page to fluff up the image of so many jobs and so much money and not enough MTs to fill those (fake) jobs.
