You read these ads from these companies and they really build them up with lots of promises, and then wham, you either get ESLs who no one can understand expect their QA people it seems, terrible accounts like you mentioned, poor audio, a ton of free work and demographics from hell not to mention QA and so on. And you get to experience all of this for 4 cpl, no taxes taken out, no raises, no steady work that you can count on and the list goes on.
I will never work for a company that hooks up with Nuance or AQuity and that doesn't leave much out there, so it is onward to a new job!
