this "bill" is not about tracking everyone's bank accounts... to me, and it was mentioned years ago, this is the beginning of "distribution of wealth." They want to know what people have in their savings acct's, 401Ks, IRAs, etc, to they can confiscate it whenever they so please, to distribute it to those that have not as much. They want access to your money. This was mentioned several years ago already, and I feel that this is just the beginning.
