They are horrible to work for. As stated, completely depends on your TL, and I had 3 in 3 years, so in the end it doesn't matter because you'll have a bad one sooner or later. KW is the worst of the worst, back stabbing be-yotch TL they have. Talked to me more than once about other tx's personal problems, was awful on assignments and just generally stressed over all the things she had to do plus get her lines in because TLs also have to work. Management above the TL level is horrendous! Snotty, condescending and arrogant. Management above them (Gina) is even worse. Never, ever would I go back there. Would sit on a street corner first. QA passed me with flying colors for 3 years, then put me on probation after one QA person got cocky, exact same reports, format, etc I had for years!, so QA inconsistent and no recourse to say the least! HATED my time there. Awful, cheap, line stealing company!
