My take on TTCI - MT59

There are pros and cons. For me the cons added up and had the pros outweighed the cons it would have been easier.
1. There is unlimited work on Inscribe all editing.
2. No matter how fast you edit in order to have good quality you will look at your line count and note that bills or rent cannot be paid this way.
3. At first the managers were nice. But that went by the wayside quick bc it is a superficial kind of nice.
4. They SPAM e mails like crazy. I’m not kidding. I had to finally route the e mails to my spam folder because the noise was just too much.
5. They set it up that they are so great and the owner a really star BUT if you don’t edit like a slave to make maybe 20-25k a year and keep a consistent schedule (employee without benefits or safety of minimum wage) it turns ugly. You will receive e mails everyone is in trouble bc TAT is behind 24/7 and WATCH OUT because the owner is angry. She has to pay a fine back to the hospitals for out of TAT.

So what is wrong with this picture.
A. SPAM!
B. Employee requirements disguised as a contractor.
C. Not transparent (gaslighting).
D. Poverty wages and inability to have a living wage.

So now you know why they have high turnover. If you want to spend many hours with unlimited work and no benefits while earning chump change then you should definitely work there. After all you won’t be lonely because your e mail box will have many notifications.

Good luck whatever you decide. There aren’t many options out there. Me I work at home with a living wage taking calls in customer service but that’s another story…
