A federal district court judge in Texas who was appointed by Obama has repeatedly violated ethics standards. He was caught presiding over a stunning number of cases in which he had financial interests
Judge Rodney Gilstrap of Marshall, Texas, in the Eastern District of Texas, failed to disqualify himself in 138 cases over eight years in which he or a family member had a financial interest in a company involved in the case before him.
Until these corrupt judges are removed from the bench, we are spinning our wheels for actual reform. The lifetime appointment should come with required judicial performance standards; too many reversed decisions not based on sound constitutional law and you’re fired.
