You are basically your own boss. You are allowed to work for more than one company. Actually, most do work for more than one just to subsist. Not all companies have access to all accounts and are separate. There is no non-compete issue here at all. The only time there would be a non-compete issue is if you were an employee and that is basically preventing you from contacting the accounts on your own in an attempt to steal them from the original MTSO. You do not need to inform any company that you are working for another company, as well, and you need not provide any information about them. You may tell them you are working for others, as well, on a part-time basis, but they do not need to know the specifics. You are safe.
