Actually, I am currently a FT QDS for Nuance and we all received a raise in April. Nobody counts lines at Nuance that I'm aware of. Productivity is based on recording minutes per month and QA scores, and they give quarterly bonuses to QDS who reach productivity goals. FT QDS get medical/dental benefits, PTO, and discounts from a ton of different places. Yes, a lot of work is outsourced, but I have no problem reaching my 40 hours(or more )every week.
