For example, 0.08 per line for ST with a 12-13% pay cut:
0.08 x 12% = 0.0096, then subtract that from 0.08...
0.08 - 0.0096 = 0.0704 --
This would be the new rate after a pay cut of 12%, 0.0704 per line.
Do the same for a 13% pay cut:
0.08 x 13% = 0.0104, then subtract from 0.08...
0.08 - 0.0104 = 0.0696.
This would be the new rate after the 13% pay cut, 0.0696.
So, reducing 0.08 per line for ST by 12-13%, would drop it down to 0.0704 - 0.0696, and that's about 1 cent less in pay. You were right!!
