with the above. We don't get paid for extras (verifying demographics, spelling of doctors' names and new drugs), but are expected to commit up to 2 minutes per note doing these tasks and it seriously cuts into my production. As a result, I only make $8/hour which doesn't even meet the local minimum wage and I get reamed on taxes. The local McDonald's in my small rural town is paying $13/hour + food + uniform costs + benefits for full time, so it's starting to be a no-brainer as to where I'll be working next. I'm through with MT.
