for the voice files and take 2 on-line long Q&A tests. I have over 40+ years experience. Trouble with the voice files - I was told to contact the company and speak to their IT department; they would do none of that. I am not going to do their work for them, not be paid, and waste my time. This is nothing more than b*llshit work for this company. Get your ducks in a row or set up a better testing program. I refused to do it, and I took a job with another company where I did not have to through all this.
If someone cannot tell by my extensive resume and QA scores, along with the companies I worked for, that I know what I am doing, it is their loss.
Really sick of these companies that jerk us around for their benefit without ever putting a dime in our pockets. Thankfully, I had a backup. I never even contacted them to tell them I moved on. If they are too lazy to make sure their testing procedures work properly, then expect the prospective MT hire to do that for them, that tells me all I need to know. I owe them nothing.
