Is your keyboard the culprit? I bought a new backlit ergo board recently, and it's a love-hate relationship for sure. Keys need a heavy touch and expansions don't work about 30% of the time unless I backspace and try again, or backspace to delete the whole expansion and start over. I'm faster now with the number keys, and the backlit is great if I might need to look down to see what the heck I've done to turn on the Num Lock key. If anyone out there has a Datadesk SmartBoard for sale, I'm all in. Best of luck in sorting this out!
