They are no busier than the rest of us - and common courtesy seems to be in short supply with all these big MTSOs. I was led to believe I had a job, did great, etc. - then no further contact. I refuse to waste any time with excessive testing, no response recruiters, etc. My time is valuable, and I have respect for my work, even if they do not.
