Be sure to contact US Dept of Labor in your state as well - LongGone

In late 2019, I left after 10+ years because of literally months of not being paid. My state's DOL told me because I was paid on production, my claim should go through the US Dept of Labor (see their website for list of offices throughout the country) for unpaid wages, and through my state's DOL for unpaid PTO hours. For the 7 unpaid pay periods and PTO hours, I received partial payment within 2 months and the remainder in another 4 months, so a total of 6 months after the claims were filed. Good luck to you.
