They do focus groups mostly, with 4 to 5 different speakers. Their tape quality is really bad and hard to understand. Pay rate does not compensate for hours of attempted transcription, especially at this rate. Most of it is not "medical", either, so slows you down even more if you do not understand what the speakers are talking about. I turned them down years ago and I doubt they have changed much, if any.
