Check out the links and info below. There is a lien against them from the Texas Workforce Commission for nonpayment of wages of over $5000. These unpaid wages are from a year ago. They also have a huge open IRS lien against the company (to the tune of almost a million dollars). If she ever wants to sell the company, she would be required to pay off any outstanding liens first.
