This is a holiday weekend and is there any incentive that is worth anything? I doubt it, at least not at the company I work for. Is there even a likelihood of work, so you may cancel any plans you might have? I doubt it.
These companies deserve nothing from the ICs they rip off with low pay and abusive treatment.
There are actually plenty of MTs out there who go above and beyond the call of duty and good for them, but to say they are lazy, I think not. Try beaten down, degraded, abused, poorly compensated, etc.
