In my experience from what I have seen, her employees go to the labor board filing complaints, getting their pay like that (which takes a whole lot of time). Also, she was taken to court not even 2 years ago, in which she was ordered to pay her employees what was owed to them. This is how I got the pay that was due to me. She also held out on employees 401k - I believe she was taken to court for that as well. This lady has been doing these shenanigans for decades and it just amazes me how she is able to have a business open after screwing so many people like this.
