The transcription and EHR divisions were sold to another company apart from Microsoft. Whoever owns it now will need to find ways to make it profitable. I don’t know if you are aware, but MS has been one of the pioneers in developing voice recognition and AI software. I don’t know why anyone here would think that Microsoft was going to be an advocate for MTs.
