I have used Metroscript for about 20 years. They were great and so reliable. I have been researching and am looking at Dictasmart and Cloudictation.com. I need the FTP so the transcriptionists are able to pull their files. So crushed they are closing their doors. Good luck. Post if you find a good one please.
