I have Inscribe on my own PC, but didn't want to put Fluency on it, because they take out your virus protection (mine is Malware) and put in their own and they have access to your computer. I got a splitter, so I can switch back and forth on the same screen, keyboard, mouse and foot pedal. It cost about $35.00. I also downloaded Inscribe on that device as well, so I am pretty sure you can too.
Again, think about putting Fluency on your own PC, unless you have just a dedicated computer for Inscribe.
