There are some posts about this and like you I work for a clone, probably the same company and we got an email with the new tech support email.
I am with you, more and more free work and a critical error if you get something wrong in the demographics that WE ARE NOT PAID FOR!
I am part time and barely that, because everything I do, I fear is wrong. I am so sick of the emails, etc., and I am hanging by a thread. Thankfully I don't need to rely that much on this job and the way it is going, I am sure I will be gone soon, either by my own hand or theirs!
I wonder how this is going to affect those who are in charge of these companies.
Whenever a change or buyout is made, things only get worse.
