One Transcription Services is looking for IC transcriptionists for general, law enforcement, research, and corporate transcription.  If you are looking for steady and ongoing work, we have it!

Mandatory Job Requirements:

  • MUST BE A RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES – INQUIRIES/RESUMES FROM OVERSEAS WILL BE DELETED AUTOMATICALLY.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years' transcription experience.
  • Infinity USB foot pedal and WAV player required.
  • Reliable high-speed internet.
  • For security and privacy reasons, your computer must be dedicated solely to your work and must be a Windows-based PC with valid installations of Windows 10 or Windows 10 Professional.  Windows 7 and older are not supported and not compatible with OTS.
  • Valid copy of Microsoft Office 2010 or newer.
  • Clean criminal background required going back the last ten years.

Job Description: 

  • Independent Contractor position.
  • Minimum line rate .08 cents per line during the week, some accounts have a weekend differential.
  • Direct deposit every other Friday.
  • Work includes general/law enforcement/research/corporate transcription.
