This is the newly formed company that Nuance sold to. Nuance is a minority shareholder and will still provide its technology to the company. Editscript is going away and being replaced by Escription One (Inscribe) by the end of 2020. That is their goal. So....that sucks because I have really enjoyed Editscript. Will it be different, yep. Sometimes I wonder if there will even be any more transcription by the end of this year, for Nuance. Maybe they see how not a moneymaker it is any longer, and that is why they "sold" to somebody else. Eventually transcription will be phased out, sooner rather than later. Buckle up, it's gonna be a wild ride.
