I am sure you will be able to handle the EMR with ease. Phoenix is VERY picky about what they want and how they want; they are not very good at giving this information all at once. Many times, you will not know you did something "wrong" until you do it wrong because no one told you how they wanted things done. That was the most frustrating of all for me.
