It's sad that such a highly specialized field, such as medical transcription, has become nothing more than a way for MTSO companies to become rich by hiring slave labor in India. It's starting to crack, though. Lawsuits are being brought because of such poor quality transcription that causes patient care errors. Not to mention confidentiality issues.
