If they haven't responded, email them back if you haven't already or call them directly. Unsure why but may have been overlooked email or appointment. Been with them since early 2020. Unlike most I will explain, good company, poor pay just like any other MTSO but is an EMPLOYEE position which means taxes are taken out, which is very very rare these days. With COVID hitting this year most hospitals have delayed the most lucrative form of income "elective" procedures" and clinic visit are now virtual across the country, as well, les and less one on one physician contact within the facilities, etc., which has caused a drastic reduction in dictation for us who rely on this as our only income. That being said, if you are available to sit and wait for work to pop up on your screen (in the event you run out) you will have work and $. Most want the work to jump in their Qs one after another, which I understand I do too, but again in light of COVID everything is much slower this year. Good luck, Med-Scribe is a good company, but the HR, management, and training departments could definitely use better organizational skills.
