Zeiss Atlas and NIDEK OPD-Scan are Placido disc-based topographers used in corneal imaging.

Maybe that is what the doc is saying, "Zeiss reading," and just shortened the long name of the scan. This type of scan measures corneal curvature which is how they test for astigmatism.
