Voter fraud ominously traces back to the Civil War. Thousands had poured across the border from Missouri to vote in an attempt to make sure Kansas joined the union (in that case as a slave state), sound familiar? Like what Georgia is trying to do, getting people to move to, encouraging Democrats to move there and a Senator led the effort.
The pro-slavery side basically got away with election theft.
Guess what happened after that...CIVIL WAR!
