Thanks for providing additional info. Even though ropinirole is used to treat restless leg syndrome, unless you are 100% absolutely sure that is what is being said, definitely leave a blank. There are too many comorbidities for this patient, so the other s/l could be a number of different meds as well. Best to blank both of them since you are not certain. Usually if the patient only has, for example, diabetes or hypertension, it's easier to narrow down medication possibilities, but in this case, they are too numerous and too many possibilities exist. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. :)
