Do you know what the patient has? Hypertension, diabetes, etc.? That would help narrow it down somewhat. Without knowing, your first s/l pidarol could be ropinirole if the patient is being treated for a neurologic issue, but I'm solely going by the dosage you gave, as ropinirole does come in 1-mg tablets. If you can post additional past medical history, that would be helpful. Never ever want to guess on medications. :)
