Just found out (well at least they told us ahead of time) that our jobs are going to EMR at the end of the year. I had heard rumors of this and have been applying for other jobs for months with only 1 call back/interview. I have arthritis in my back to the point that I can't stand long but other than that I'm trying to find any kind of work that pays even halfway decent and preferably out of this sinking ship industry. Definitely not going to be a Merry Christmas here unless I get another job lined up - Dollar Tree will have to provide gifts this year. Bah humbug.
